The pod we stayed in was well-equipped and had everything we needed. We loved having our own picnic table and fire pit with wood provided. the communal area with a fire pit, BBQ, and kids' area was a great addition. the surrounding woods offered lovely walking paths, and the beach was just a short walk away. the host was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome. We were so pleased with our last-minute decision to stay here, and we can't wait to return for a longer stay. Cons: Almost perfect! 😊.

I had an amazing time at West Point Woods! The yurt I stayed in was absolutely adorable and spacious. The outdoor shower was a unique experience, and if I wanted a hot shower, the indoor option was just a short walk away. The communal camp area was fantastic, equipped with everything I needed, including a barbecue. The location was great, with a big car park. The staff were friendly and even decorated the yurt and woods for Halloween. I highly recommend this place and can't wait to go back!

We were pleasantly surprised by the value for money at West Point Woods. The room was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. The location was peaceful and we enjoyed the cozy atmosphere. The staff, particularly Gavin, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of.
The breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of choices.

My recent stay at West Point Woods was fantastic! The yurt I stayed in was spacious and cozy, with the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. The owners, John and Gavin, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The site itself was clean and well-equipped, with picnic tables, fire pits, and even a communal area with a fire pit and barbecue. The location was also great, with beautiful walks through the woods and a lovely stretch of beach just a short walk away. I had a wonderful experience at West Point Woods and would definitely recommend it.
The trip to the outside toilet in the middle of the night was a bit bleak, but I understand why the adjoining door had to be locked. Additionally, the outdoor shower in October was a bit cold, but they do offer the option of an indoor shower.
